We stayed at this luxurious hotel nestled in the stunning Mae Rim valley and we were truly impressed. The location of this place, high up in the mountains, provided a breathtaking view that we couldn't get enough of. The service here was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available to meet all our needs. The housekeeping staff ensured our room was always tidy and the laundry service made our stay even more convenient. We appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle and the warm welcome drink upon our arrival. Another great aspect of this hotel was the tours and ticket assistance offered, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

Our stay at the resort was incredible. The staff was accommodating and helpful, arranging transportation for us to see the nearby attractions. The resort provided airport pickup and drop off for a fee. The dinner options were great and the breakfast was nice. The location was easy to find if you have a car. The private villas were beautifully decorated with original art and had everything we needed. The swimming pool and mountain views added to the peaceful atmosphere of the resort.

I loved the serene rural setting close to nature. The sound of insects and birds woke me up to another world. The villa next to the creek was perfect for me. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable.

Spent Christmas at a cozy resort nestled in a peaceful valley surrounded by lush greenery. the unique rooms had a different layout and a private jacuzzi. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the jacuzzi as the sun went down. the resort was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel who provided a welcoming atmosphere.

The food on the menu, especially the western food, was not great. the hot water supply was not consistent which was a letdown.

This accommodation offers the perfect location for exploring the beautiful sights north of the city. Nestled close to nature, it's an ideal spot for the adventurous traveler. the Reluxiant and PHU Zone have notably comfortable rooms, complete with verandas overlooking serene streams. Guests could avail themselves of the pleasant, accommodating staff, the excellent Thai food, and the home-made ice cream, as well as arrangements for airport shuttle service and driver for the day.

The WiFi signal strength needs improvement.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making our stay unpleasant. The food was mediocre at best and overpriced.
